What locks a BDG Win account?
More than ten wrong passwords lock the account. The notice offers Cancel or Contact customer service and tells you to use Forgot password for a new one. If you did not make those attempts, someone else did; change the password as soon as you are back in.
BDG Win invitation code vs redemption code
Two different codes exist. The invitation code goes into the sign-up form and ties your account to whoever referred you; the invite code page covers it. A redemption code is entered under Gifts on the Activity tab. Neither should ever be requested from you by someone promising to unlock, top up or repair your account.
BDG Win deposit records to keep
The platform's notices say deposits go through UPI with the UTR number and amount, and withdrawals go to a bank card. Keep the UPI reference of every payment, and if a deposit does not appear, raise it through customer service rather than through a link someone sent you.
